We recommend booking your safari at least 3-6 months in advance, especially for mountain gorilla trekking which requires special permits. For peak seasons (June-September and December-January), booking 6-12 months ahead ensures the best availability and accommodation options.

Our packages include private 4WD safari vehicles, professional guides, accommodation, all meals, park entrance fees, permits (including gorilla trekking), and 24/7 support. Airport transfers and internal flights are also included in most packages. International flights and personal expenses are not included.

The best time for safari in Uganda is during the dry seasons: December to February and June to September. These periods offer excellent wildlife viewing, easier trekking conditions for gorillas, and better road access. However, Uganda's equatorial climate makes safari possible year-round.
