There was good communication from the time we booked the trip, the itinerary brief before departure, and checking in with us during the trip; very professional. The boat ride was great! The road trip was enjoyable and the driver was professional and engaged us in interesting conversations. The information given about the trip was clear and there was prompt response from the team. The food we ate at the restaurant was good. I liked the stop we made at the Jinja bridge to take pictures.

The trip was well organised around our main foci, viewing the chimpanzees and the gorillas. We had six days to fit everything in and the itinerary was built around this. The accommodation was great, given our budget, and we particularly liked the lodge in Kibale and Ride 4 a Woman, which was a very impressive and inspiring enterprise.

Accommodation was amazing - especially Ride 4 A Woman! But all three were really good. Comfortable. Beautiful surroundings. Welcoming staff. The 'greeter' was really welcoming as soon as we disembarked the plane, before immigration.

The driver was well organized, he was always on time or even earlier. He was very knowledgeable and helped us see many animals. The vehicle was kept clean after each safari. The lodge was expecting us and the staff was well trained. The food at the lodge was fantastic.
